Resilience skills have become a necessity for life.

Whether you are facing a tough time due to workplace stress, relationship breakdown, health issues, financial hardship or a pandemic, having a robust, emotional first-aid toolkit will help. Come and learn practical strategies and insights to assist you to think flexibly and develop a creative problem-solving response.

Resilience is the ability to cope with and recover from challenging situations. Develop skills to help you rise to the occasion, use effective self-care to deal with the stress both short and long term, and enable you to make the best of the situation.

By using a workshop format, we will access the group's collective experience to assist each other in applying these resilience skills to our personal situation, supporting each other as we learn and use our new skill set. It takes time to embed these new ideas into our mindset and reactions, but it is easier when we work together.

This ten-week course is available in two hour weekly sessions either online or face to face.
